It all started when I stumbled upon a "Boxing Tryouts" flyer in a campus cafe bathroom. This serendipitous moment led to a profound journey that taught me the importance of having a healthy outlet to reduce stress and maintain focus.

Recognizing the incredible benefits boxing brought to my life, I decided to incorporate boxing training into a comprehensive fitness program. My goal is to help others knock out fat and fight back against the daily stressors that prevent us from living our best lives.
